Data stems from the 'EU survey on the use of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) in households and by individuals', which is an annual survey conducted since 2002 aiming at collecting and disseminating harmonised and comparable information on the use of ICT in households and by individuals 16-74 years. The table displays the percentage of individuals that have interacted with public authorities via the internet in the past 12 months.
